Bluspring Health offers Mental Health Skill-building Services to individuals with diagnosis of Serious Mental Illness/Co-occurring Disorder and with prior history of psychiatric hospitalization, or (PACT) Program of Assertive Community Treatment Services. The goal of Mental Health Skill-building Services is to enable individuals achieve & maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. Through our Outpatient Mental Health Services, we provide office-based psychiatric services, medication management, individual counseling, family/couple’s counseling and group counseling. In some cases, psychotropic medication combined with psychotherapy is needed to achieve an effective treatment goal. Choosing a suitable treatment plan should be based on individual needs, biopsychosocial circumstances and collaboration with a mental health professional. Treatment services are available to children, adolescents and adults. We offer same day psychiatric services/medication management if necessary. Our team utilizes person centered and motivational interviewing approach to help build on the strengths and resilience of individuals grappling with alcohol/substance use disorder. We strive to help individuals manage alcohol/substance use disorder, unhealthy gambling habits, excessive eating habits, sex addiction and other addictive behaviors utilizing evidence-based treatment. We offer group & individual sessions to court-ordered clients mandated to complete substance abuse treatment. We provide individual & family counseling to clients in recovery. Our trained staff provides personal care services to support client’s health and safety under the direction of our Director of Nursing Services. Trained Staff assist with activities of daily living due to client’s cognitive impairment, functional disability, physical health or safety. Respite Care Services are offered to relief families and other unpaid caregivers of children with a developmental delay, children with behavioral problems, adults with an intellectual disability, and adults with cognitive loss in order to support and maintain the primary care giving relationship.
